Level 1 Series - 12 Weeks
This is not a drop-in class.
This is a guided progression.
A structured, supportive way to build:
- strength
- confidence
- connection to your body
- and actual skill over time
You won’t be starting over each week.
You’ll be building on what you’ve already begun.
What happens over 12 weeks
You don’t need to guess what you’re committing to.
Here’s what this actually looks like:
Weeks 1–3
You get grounded.
You revisit fundamentals with more control and less hesitation.
Weeks 4–6
You start to feel stronger.
Movements connect. You stop second-guessing every step.
Weeks 7–9
You see progress.
Things that felt impossible start to feel natural.
Weeks 10–12
You own it.
You move differently. You carry yourself differently.
This is where the shift becomes real.
You are not behind

There is no “advanced group” you’re trying to keep up with.
This is built for you.

I’m Zen.
I didn’t build this as a “fitness program.”
I built it because I know what it feels like to lose connection with yourself and I needed a way back.
This is that work.
And I’ve seen what happens when women stay with it longer than one day.

The level 2 series continues where level 1 left off. You've felt your own strength, now it's time to use it in new ways and to feel even more powerful and energized.

- Learn climbs, spins, and shapes on the pole, as well as new moves on the floor
- Begin flexibility training
- Work towards a showcase performance
Aerial Adventure Lab
You're ready to work independently. The idea of flying on the aerial hoop and flying pole excites you. Time to visit the Aerial Adventure Lab!
Semi-weekly classes, purchased on a drop-in basis.
This class gives you the freedom to explore and create your own adventure. Try a new apparatus or stick to what you know. Challenge yourself to master a new trick or spin. Create your own routine or choreography. The possibilities are endless!

Zen Pole Yoga Flow for Dancers
Get into the flow with this weekly vinyasa yoga class set to music. Build body awareness, strength, flexibility, and breath-body connection.
Weekly classes, purchased on a drop-in basis.
Spend 50-minutes flowing slowly through a traditional Vinyasa flow. Practice intentionality, control, and alignment as you move through the asanas while connecting your breath to the movement. Build strength and flexibility that will transfer to your pole and aerial practice increasing your ability to flow through transitions and shapes.

Showcase Performers - Open Pole Sessions - Starting June 4
Weekly open sessions for performers to rehearse, work on skills, and get feedback from instructors and coaches. Choose from 1 or 2-hour options.
Thursdays 5 - 7 pm, The Halo Den, Culver City.
