STRONG | SEXY | CONNECTED THROUGH MOVEMENT

Let's keep ourselves motivated and accountable! This Level 1 pole dance and conditioning class is a 3-month series with 12 classes total. Each week, you will work on building strength, coordination, and flexibility in a safe and supportive space, while also learning basic pole dance and movement choreography to help you gain confidence and stamina. This unique class concept is a full-body workout that combines cardio, strength, and flexibility, suitable for women over 40 of all fitness levels.

Three months, 12 classes - Consistency is key!! If you keep showing up, I promise you will see results in ways you can't even imagine right now.

 The prerequisite for this series is the Intro to Pole Dance and Movement for Women Over 40 workshop, but if you have a friend who might be interested, let's talk. The class environment will be just like what you experienced at the Intro Workshop - playful, safe, supported, and fun! 

Not sure you can make it to all 12 Sundays? No problem! There will be a 13th class added so you can make up what you miss. Date and time TBD.
